Meticulous daily reports, RFI logs, submittals, and as-built documentation. Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD for field verification.
Lead superintendent on projects exceeding $100M. Oversee all field operations including subcontractor management, schedule adherence, quality control, and owner relations for high-rise and commercial work in the greater Miami metro.
Managed healthcare, education, and light industrial projects ranging from $20M to $120M. Developed strong expertise in phased construction within occupied facilities and accelerated schedules.
Supported senior superintendent on large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects. Led daily crew coordination, material deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling for ground-up construction.
Built foundational trade skills in rough framing, concrete formwork, and finish carpentry before transitioning into supervisory roles.
